Recently moved into my new apartment and am very pleased! Huge shoutout to Devyn for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Devyn was super friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had. The apartment itself is fantastic with brand new appliances and freshly polished floors. The view from the apartment and balcony is amazing. Plus, the rooftop and gym are great perks too. If you’re looking for a new place, I definitely recommend checking it out!

We were looking for more space when we chanced upon Avalon Hayes Valley. From the multiple apartment tours, to getting the lease signed over a holiday long weekend, Devyn was extremely responsive, informative, and helpful. She gave us the pros and cons of each of the apartments that were available. Even though Avalon was a little bit outside of our budget, we ended up going with it because of Devyn. It's been about a month since our move-in, everything is going well and as advertised. We are facing Octavia and so there are some street noises, but they generally die down in the evening hours and have had no impact on us. A big shoutout also to Roman for helping us troubleshoot the disposal on a Friday evening. Greatly appreciate the help.
