340 Fremont was definitely the best apartment complex I have lived in. Building is very well maintained & clean. Staff at the front desk is great. I never lost a package here. Benjie and Alexa in the leasing office are amazing. When I had just moved in, my mail box key seemed a little faulty, they gave me a new key in just a day or two.
The appliances in my apartment were fairly new. I needed to submit a maintenance request just 2 times in the entire year that I lived here!
Also, Rincon hill is a very safe locality. I moved out because I decided to move in with a friend who lives nearby. Otherwise, I would have definitely extended my lease.
Lived here for a year and I loved it. The staff on particular Alexa and Benjie were nice and helpful all the time. The building was well maintained and I never encountered any issues with anything. The concierge staff rotates frequently but they were all nice and helpful. The mail is delivered to the doorman who will sort it and it’s usually available for pickup a few hours after delivery. I never had issues with mail being lost. Ceilings are thick so you can rarely hear the upstairs neighbors. Views are great but can vary depending on the floor plan and unit. The stacker parking takes some getting used to initially but you’ll get the hang of it soon.
Downside is that the rents are high which is expected for high-rises in this area. Some smells from neighboring units will get to your unit through the bathroom fan but that’s not a big deal. Apartments are quiet when you close the windows but the sound of the machinery on the surrounding towers can be loud when you open the windows which will be worse on the top floors.
Overall, I really enjoyed living there and don’t have any complaints.

The building itself is a gem, combining modern design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped gym, which made it easy to stay active without leaving the comfort of our building.
The staff at 340 Fremont were exceptional, always friendly and ready to help with any request. Their professionalism and care contributed significantly to our positive experience. We had a great experience living here! The management team was always responsive and helpful, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly. The location is perfect, VERY SAFE with easy access to park and ferry building.
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the modern amenities and the sense of community among neighbors.
We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live. It was a fantastic home for us!

My stay at this apartment was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful and well-maintained living space. The open layout, high ceilings, and large windows made the apartment feel spacious and inviting.
The modern and tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to the space, and I found myself admiring the attention to detail in every corner. The kitchen was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for anyone who loves to cook.
The bedroom was a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility, with a plush bed and luxurious linens. I woke up each morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to take on the day.

I lived for 6mo and I absolutely loved it!
What I liked the most was that the neighborhood was very safe and the unit was soundproof.
Before I moved in, I was worried about the noise from the highway, but the window was thick enough to shut down the noise and I also didn’t hear any noise from my neighbors.
I lived here for a year and I love this apartment. It’s in a great location with safe neighborhood. Alexa and Benjie in the leasing office are awesome people, they made the move in easy for me and they are the go to people for any questions. Concierge is great as well!! Thank you for making my stay in 340 Fremont wonderful!!

Moved into 340 Fremont last August and for me personally this is the most convenient apartment I have experienced: The reception team is amazing, it’s easy to invite friends over, the gym has the right amount of equipment, I love the sparkling water from the dispenser on the 9th floor, the equity app gives you insight into rent, has a community forum etc. - Furthermore, I can’t get enough from the bay view from literally any room of our flat or the balcony.
Plus, Benji is just the best leasing agent, will always welcome you with a smile, and even personally help you when struggling with oversized packages.
