The kitchen has a new stainless refirgerator and hood. You will love cooking on a gas range, which most chefs prefer. The full bathroom has both a shower and tub for having a nice soak after a long day. The Patricia Apartments is an easy walk to the BART station, and is close to all freeways, convenient to Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, and all points towards Sacramento. Come and have a look, check out our lovely b ack yard where you are welcome to garden, have BBQ, or jsut relax. Our onsite laundry room is clean and you can operate the machines from a mobile app. -Minimum income = $24/hour full time for single occupancy, or $21/hour full time per person for double occupancy.
