The maintenance team here is incredibly professional and polite! We often have the pleasure of working with Brayan, who is always on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly to speak with. Communication with the maintenance team is easy and swift and we are always happy with the work they do! The maintenance team truly goes above and beyond with every task!
My experience at Emme has been fantastic, from touring and signing the lease to living here! Our leasing agent, Joie Curtiz, was extremely attentive and accommodating with our schedule, allowing us to tour the complex after hours in the evening. He answered all our questions, showed us our dream apartment, and we submitted our application that night based on 1) our great touring experience and 2) the great amenities and apartment space. Despite some issues with our application, Joie was on it and provided accessible communication to troubleshoot for quick approval!
Our move-in day was seamless with Megan Cao, one of the Community Relations Representatives. She was welcoming, made the process to add parking to our lease seamless, and prioritized troubleshooting a key fob and parking remote that were not working.
My move from Oakland (only 10 minutes away) to Emme Apartments in Emeryville is night and day, with significantly less car bipping/break-ins and porch pirates. The location is safe and optimal, with Bay St, a dog park/playground, and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. The property is dog-friendly, and you can see someone walking their dog at any time of the day in the area. I appreciate all the staff at Emme Apartments, and would highly recommend this apartment complex as your future home!
Hi, I am a resident at Emme apartments. I’ve been living here since 2015. When I became a resident at Emme it was only 3 residents living here. I have definitely enjoyed the community I live in. This review is for maintenance. Will has always been my go to guy. He’s the best! Great customer service, very nice, a hard worker and always making sure your maintenance request are completed. He and Brian came into my unit and worked as a team. Made sure my work orders were done. I had been waiting on a new toilet for the past 4years. I was always told “ we will order you one “ never received the toilet. Now here it is 2024 and will made sure I received my new toilet. Thanks Will.
Will and Brian are awesome. Both of you guys work above and beyond with the help of your team to make Emme a comfortable living.
I had a great experience living at Emme. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I had to move out before my lease ended. As a non-native English speaker, the Emme team made the entire process clear and easy to navigate. Alan Baltazar, as the Senior Community Relations Representative, and David Tobar, the General Community Manager, were both incredibly helpful. If I ever have the chance, I’d definitely return to Emme.
An absolutely positive experience from the moment on I submitted my maintenance request until the time it was finished. Nothing but professionalism and kindness, and a genuine sense of care from Will.
