I'm an actual resident at The Courtyards at 65th street, for quite a few years now. This review is exclusively about the janitors and the maintenance team. I cannot be more satisfied about these services. The janitors are very efficient and helpful. The common areas are super clean and if you have a request or report something, (Some tenants with dogs do not clean after them, others left trash everywhere, etc.), the janitors respond immediately and they are very kind and professional. Their friendly and positive attitude is a plus. Not sure how they manage to work in such a big area with just two janitors that I know about. Kudos for them! The maintenance team is very efficient, respectful, and capable. They are fast to respond and quick to complete the services. If there are delays on equipment they keep you informed and updated. As I said this review is only about janitors and maintenance. I will be writing about other aspects of living here that I'm not to satisfied about in another post.

The Courtyards at 65th has had many changes during the past years with hits and misses but the positive constant during the past couple of years has been the Porter/Cleaning crew specifically Gabriel Madrid. The bathrooms are spotless, the hallways are always vacuumed, the common areas are clean and when neighbors make a mess, he is on top of it and makes sure everything is awesome. He is also super helpful and friendly and he takes great passion in his work going above and beyond his normal tasks. People like him make a difference for the company. The maintenance crew is also super helpful. Bernardo, Eric and Jennifer are always super helpful and fix things quickly. I can always rely on them to make sure everything is working in my apt.
