I have had a great overall experience living at Avalon Dogpatch. The location is ideal - within walking distance to UCSF, which is highly convenient if you work at the medical center. It is also very close to the 22nd Street Caltrain and restaurants in both Dogpatch and Potrero Hill. The apartment facility is clean, safe, and quiet. Amenities are also good - the gym is very high quality for an apartment complex, there are communal work/seating areas with Wifi access, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. Management and the maintenance team are also responsive to requests.

Sharon Spiller has been helping me adjust here. When I moved to Dogpatch, she allowed me to feel comfortable about the new apartment with her bright personality and kind explanation of how Avalon Dogpatch apartments are organized. Furthermore, the apartment building and my room were clean, so I was satisfied with my decision to live in Avalon Dogpatch. From this first experience, I thought that Avalon Dogpatch leasing office team was professional in their work. Additionally, whenever I ask for help from Avalon Dogpatch Leasing office several times, Sharon's nice, kind and bright replies make me smile in addition to her rapid responses to my requests. Therefore, I can feel free to ask for help from Avalon Dogpatch, especially Sharon Spiller, due to her professional mindset for us. Finally, I met Sharon many times especially when I went to work in the morning and came home in the evening. This allowed me to smile and feel happier and brighter while going to work and staying at home because she was always bright to me. I believed that I made the best decision to stay in Avalon Dogpatch in San Francisco. I respect Sharon's professional mindset.
