The Aero Apartment community is the best place I've ever lived. The apartments are well appointed, as is the building itself with beautiful views of the SF skyline and Bay. The common areas are anything but common and if you're a dog owner, you'll likely fall in love with the place. Or if you’re a commuter into SF, you’ll love the proximity to the ferry.
Christopher and his team are warm and genuine and they helped me break my lease due to a financial hardship.
I really have nothing negative to say about this community! If you can afford it, you're gonna love it!

One of the standout features of Aero Apartments is its remarkable sense of community. I've also been thoroughly impressed by the amenities offered here. In terms of maintenance and management (Jessina, Cassandra, and Todd), I couldn't be more satisfied. Any issues or concerns I've had have been promptly addressed with professionalism and efficiency, making for a worry-free living experience.

This team is killing it. Always addressing our service requests with a sense of urgency and empathy as if it is their home they are servicing! Really appreciate Todd and his ability fix anything. I put in a service request towards to end of the day for my AC and he made sure I came home to it fixed - that is quality service.

I recently visited Aero Apartments for an HVAC service call and had an outstanding experience. Todd welcomed me with genuine kindness and friendliness as soon as I arrived. He guided me around the building with great professionalism and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit.
Todd was very mindful of my time and ensured that I was able to efficiently complete my work. His communication skills were excellent, making it easy to understand everything I needed to know. He showed me the units on the roof, walked me through the apartment, and pointed out the indoor unit and the breaker.
Overall, Todd’s professionalism and attention to detail made the visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Aero Apartments for their exceptional service and staff.
Todd is amazing he came by to fix my dishwasher and 3 other things for me, and did a fantastic job. It’s always nice to see him in the community, he is a pleasure to talk to…

I had the pleasure of living at Aero Apartments for a year, and my overall experience has been nothing but great.
The management and leasing office staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made the leasing process smooth and were always available to answer any questions I had throughout my stay.
Special shoutout to the service team, Todd and Maria, who are exceptional. They are fast, efficient, and always ensured any maintenance issues were resolved promptly. Their dedication to keeping the apartments in top shape truly made a difference.
If you're looking for a place with a friendly community, excellent service, and a responsive management team, Aero Apartments is definitely worth considering.

I helped my daughter move into Aero apartments this week. A couple of appliances malfunctioned within the first two days. Todd and Maria, aka Aero’s Maintenance Team, were quick to respond and repair the issues. They were very courteous and happy to share their knowledge about the area with us.
