Eduardo was very helpful. He fixed a bunch of appliance issues in our apartment and fixed them really quickly. He was also cheerful and explained well what went wrong and what exactly he did.
Great apartments and neighborhood. All information about noise, paper walls, bad gym etc just false. I rent the apartment on 6 floors and in a loft on a first floor and I never heard any neighbors. Noise isolation is absolutely perfect. Building and team the best.
This is the cleanest area in SF as I made the decision to move from Colorado to California. It is quieter than your Hayes Valley or Marina District areas, but still gets a lot of foot traffic. And this place is close to trader joes (4 minute walk) and whole foods (15 minute walk). Also close to all the baseball and basketball stadiums. And if you want to go south of the city, the caltrain station is within walking distance. Enjoy!

It's chic, it's friendly, and it's in an excellent location! I have been living at 855 Brannan for several months and I love it. What's so great? The super helpful and always friendly but not fake leasing folks, (Cullen, Connie, Bryce, Jeremy, and Wade), the rooftop, the gym, the dogs!, the grills, the security, (notably Miss Xena, Alexi, and James), the quiet, (especially on the southern side), the sunshine, the urban meets eco design, the convenience of TJs, SOMArts, and all the lovely places to eat and drink, (Mars Bar, Hardwood, and Dumpling Time to name a few). The building is still being finished so there will be more amenities forthcoming. Great place!
The process for leasing was very easy as I was moving from one Equity community to Brannan. Brian has been very helpful with answering any questions that I have had about parking, moving etc. I love the building and the apartment which looks over Redwood trees in the courtyard. Parking is especially easy with each floor having direct access to the garage. As with all moves there have been minor issues, which maintenance David and Ed took care of promptly. The building offers plenty of activities and all the spaces seem well cared for. So yes I’m happy with my new place.

Eduardo Limos and Alberto Barrientos are absolutely amazing. They quickly came by to replace the washing machine seal. They also tested it for leaks so there weren’t any more problems. I was impressed not only with how quickly they responded to my request, but how fast they were able to complete it.
Eduardo always doing a great job on helping residents, he is a kind person with professional skill on fixtures.👍
Why is such a great apartment only 3.7 star? Here come my investigative review after living here for more than half a year.
A couple things I would like to mention from other posts
🔥: A number of reviews were complaining about fire alarm issues, there has been a few fixes around Sept last year, there I have not experienced false fire alarm again (and I am always here)
🚛: A few people mentioned about noise. It's for sure not outer sunset level of quietness (but it's also not outer sunset🌇). I happened to live in a unit that has more of the trash noise issues than others, but it usually happens in the morning at 8am (which is already better than a lot places in the city where the truck comes at 4am). This might be a deal breaker for you, but you can pick a unit that doesn't have this problem (prob >80% of units don't have this issue)
💓: NO FAKE REVIEWS! I have looking into a number of similar apartment complex, many are nearby (I don't want to name here). My god, if you just click into the reviewers, you will find many don't live in the bay areas, and some are directly connected to the MANAGEMENT company writing fake positive reviews. (One manager called me after I complained and actually acknowledged that their performance review is based on these scores, so building staff ask their friends/families to write fake reviews). If you see anything >4.5 stars, be careful who is writing them
All of these are of course without mentioning the amazing amenities, staff members (huge shout out to Aaron and the cleaning crew, who come in EVERY MON-SAT?!? please, take more breaks sometimes, the place s already super clean), nearby food and groceries! Internal clubs where you can exchange free stuff and organize meetups!
I can safely say you will not regress coming here!
