I've been living here for the past 7 yrs and it's nice and quiet. No crime, tenants mind there own business. The landscape is kept up brand new fence installed in December 2016. If something is wrong with the apartment it's always done promptly. The weather is mostly cold ! #salt air = rust . The walls are thin u can hear you others conversation in the apartment next to yours. No fitness gym just a 24hr laundry. The prices have gone up past affordable so look out !!!! Shop around because u will pay a premium for your place here ! Also u have to pay for water, garbage, PGE, etc and there are no gas stoves here. Also no rent control so every end of the lease your rent will go up every time . #No thanks
