Only been living here for a month, but I have to say so far the Maintainance has been exceptional. Oscar helped me and was very quick about fixing my washer/dryer and fixed some other things too while he was at it. Everything was up and running only an hour after my request.

I lived in Avalon San Bruno for 2 years and I loved it. Office and maintenance staff were always attentive and helpful. The location is great (mall, target, and gym nearby) and it has very good access to the highway. I always felt safe around the apartment premises. I wanted to give special thanks to Cecilia and Jose. They were always very helpful and took care of things immediately. They made my stay at Avalon feel like home. I will miss this place!
