It seems they’re very attentive and listen to community concerns. Honestly just speaking with Jadirah brought a positive energy to the property. Hoping to make a move soon.

I have lived in Schooner Bay for eight years. Has the time been perfect? No. But I can tell you that management does its best to make sure that my experience is good as can be. They have always been responsive to my repair requests. Management has a lot of demands placed on it and they do well when called upon. The residents, for the most part, are self policing - things quiet down around sunset. The park in the middle of the complex has nothing to do with Schooner Bay. It's managed by the city. Get to know the staff a bit. They're good people trying to do a hard job.
