Honestly haven't had many if any issues while living here. Any issues I did have the Team at Avenue 64, particularly David, have been quick to help. A few examples are replacing washer/dryer and microwave with no questions asked after a technician inspection and assisting quickly with lock out issues. Definitely recommend this spot.

The maintenance team in this complex has been above all my expectations. Five stars for Bryan's exceptional maintenance service! He consistently goes above and beyond to fix any issues in our home. His promptness and attention to detail are truly commendable. Our experiences with Bryan have been consistently positive, and we appreciate the reliability and expertise he brings to every job.
