Best apartment I have lived in! Chef’s kiss to the management team and the leasing office for maintaining the community with such level of care. Laila, Allie, Janae and Roy are all super responsive in communications. Me and my husband signed the lease from out of state during the peak of pandemic, and it was the best decision we made. The move-in process was simple and smooth. It is next to the bay bridge and we do hear noises when we open the window, but it’s really not bad with the window closed. The units are well built and have great sound insulation. We have never heard noises from the unit above us or our neighbors. The package delivery system is clear and transparent. Car garage has good security. Never heard of anything got stolen or broken into. Overall I feel very safe and taken care of while living here. Very sad to leave because I am going back to school. I would recommend this place to everyone!

It’s literally been such a great experience living here. The amenities and support have been wonderful. The location is amazing.
The onsite team are always prompt to handle requests and Cary specifically really goes above and beyond to elevate the experience for tenants by taking the time to talk to and create a welcoming space. The overall vibe here is consistently pleasant!

Living at Rincon Green was a fantastic experience. My wife and I lived here for 2 years, always had prompt responses from maintenance when needed, and felt extremely safe the entire time. Highly recommend this community.

I lived in this apartment for two years and absolutely enjoyed my experience here! They were always transparent and the staff are all friendly and helpful. If I didn't move out of the Bay Area, I definitely could see myself living here for a few more years!

Living at Rincon Green has been great! The building and floor plans are of good quality the parking is spacious, and the gym has everything you need. Cary also has done a great job of handling and taking care of all residential matters, huge props to him!

Choosing Rincon Green as our new home has been the best decision my partner and I made. We moved from the East Coast during the pandemic and everything from submitting an application and signing a lease to moving in has been such an easy and relaxed experience.
We really can't say enough good words about our experience with the building and the Rincon Green team who are truly helpful, caring and are always there to attend to your needs. Our apartment was spacious, had beautiful finishes and enough insulation that we wouldn't hear any external noises. Great gym facility and the rooftop. As we're moving to a different state, we'll miss living at Rincon Green dearly.

While I did not end up signing a lease to this apartment, I do feel compelled to highlight a great experience with Cary in the leasing office.
Cary’s commitment to providing exceptional service was clear in his informative communication and genuine thoughtfulness. He made the often-stressful process of finding a new home feel seamless and positive. Even when I called him to say that we wouldn't be moving forward with one of his listings, Cary remained incredibly supportive and professional, never pressuring us and always respecting our decision.
I highly recommend Cary to anyone in search of a leasing agent who goes above and beyond.
