About 1524 Kirkham St
Large and sunny bedroom available in the sunset near the corner of Kirkham and 19th. The bedroom is over 200 sq ft with large windows facing the Golden Gate park and the Marin headlands. There is a small balcony off this room with space for two or three people and access to the roof. There's also a large closet in the room and a private full bathroom, including a jacuzzi. It's a three bedroom apartment with a very open and spacious living room and kitchen. We have a gas stove, dishwasher, new washer and dryer in the unit and a fire place. We are three young professionals (23,24, 25) who sometimes have people over for potlucks, drink a few beers and watch a movie on the projector, hangout with the neighbors downstairs, and watch the sunsets from our roof. ~~We are looking to fill this room between now and August 1st.. mid august at the latest~~ We already have a cat so we can not have any more pets. We are only looking for one person to fill this room. The N and the 28 line are within a block away. Bike storage in the garage. There is free street parking.
