I am not normally one to write reviews, but it is only fair that prospective new tenants are aware of the various issues with this building. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere, unless you enjoy having a revolving door of issues that take months to resolve. 1) All units in the 04 and 05 stacks are subject to loud elevator vibrations, particularly for the newly-renovated units where the bedroom is adjacent to the hallway. The elevator is also frequently out of service. 2) The bedrooms of some units are right next to the kitchens of others. Which would not be a huge issue, except for the fact that the walls are paper thin. And that the pipes are not properly insulated. You will become acutely familiar with your neighbours water usage habits, along with *everything* else that they are doing. 3) Anything but the most routine of issues can take months to resolve — and trust me, I’ve had a few. They will wait until multiple tenants have the same issue before attempting to resolve, presumably to save on labour costs. 4) GreenTree is the most bureaucratic property management company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Resident Services takes days to respond to any inquiries, if they bother to respond at all. They also rarely answer their phone.
