She did a wonderful job finding a reserved spot fairly close to my unit and recommended a unit that was perfect for myself and my small dog. The folks at the leasing office (Josh, Caleb, Giovan) are friendly and very accommodating. They are super responsive and solutions oriented. I’ve had several maintenance requested and all of them were completed the very next day. Roach infested, loud neighbors, and leaking air conditioners. This is a horrible living environment. Management doesn’t even respond to maintenance requests and cuts corners and delays at every opportunity. I had a leaking AC from almost when I moved in to when I moved out. Every day and night you hear neighbors outside shouting/singing, sometimes drunk angrily trying to get in their apartment. You can sit in your living room and hear full conversations while people are grilling and filling your apartment with smoke. Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else
