We got lucky with this apartment complex. Given the location and the rent, it's a great spot to be at. We got a nice and clean apartment on our moving day. There's a park right next to the complex, and a ton of good restaurants, bars, tennis courts, gym, etc. in the area. The property is maintained pretty well. Jenn's (the property manager) customer service and responsiveness are above par. She helped us at each step of the application and the moving process to make sure our transition to our new house was smooth. She's awesome!! Definitely recommend this community if you're looking to live a peaceful and worry-free life. Let's be neighbors!

I've been living here for more than 3 years, the community is very nice, the location is unbeatable, the management office staff always do the extra mile to help; Jen has been excellent to assist us, Travis is very attentive with our maintenance requests; I feel we made the right choice at The Palms since we move in to Arizona.
