I was referred by my brother who just moved in last month. He told me to ask for Tina, however she wasn’t available but still made time to come out and greet me. I toured with Tara instead, she was so attentive and explained everything so thoroughly! The property is beautiful. The 4th floors are super nice based on the 2 I saw. Once my house sells I’ll be coming back to rent! The prices are reasonable for the area and for not having a jacuzzi and minimal storage. Luckily there is a storage right up the street.

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and cannot RAVE enough about living here. From the process of touring the community, application, move-in, and follow-ups with needs/questions/and adjustments has been of the highest quality. Tara and Janessa helped me find the perfect home, explained all of the details of specials and amenities, assisted me on move-in day and even helped carry some of my belongings! They are kind, genuine, and sincere. Tina has responded to my emails about varying questions in such a prompt and patient manner- with helpful tips as I get to know the property. Clodina (Senior Manager) welcomed me from day one and has called me by name each day when I see her on the property, asks me if I need anything, and reminds me that she and her team are there for me. I have never had this level of care, attentiveness, and respect from a complex. Thank you so much!
