We got the two bed two bath town home and moved in a little over a month ago. I can’t say how much I love living here enough! The office staff and maintenance team are so wonderful. I had a couple issues that needed to be fixed and the maintenance guy was here within two hours after submitting a ticket and had it all fixed an hour later! As a first time apartment renter this place has exceeded all expectations I had. There are so many restaurants and stores nearby. My boyfriend and I ride our bikes everywhere because it’s all so close. Rent is definitely amazing for all that you get here. Neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. Lots of cute dogs running around. I’d definitely stop by and tour if you’re interested!

Living here for half a year now, and I gotta say, it's been nothing short of amazing. This place? Picture-perfect. The grounds are so well-kept, it's like they're manicured daily. And the pool? I'm lucky enough to have a view of it right from my spot, and it's always sparkling, with someone always checking in to make sure it stays that way. What really sets this place apart, though, is the peace and quiet despite the busy area. The folks running the show here deserve a shoutout too. They're the real MVPs, always on their toes and ready to help. Needed a minor fix in my bathroom once, and it was sorted faster than I could've imagined by Fred. It's that prompt and efficient service that's hard to come by. And then there's Diallo. The guy's a gem, truly. His welcoming vibe and knack for making everything smooth sailing have made my experience here even better. When you stack it up against similar places, the value here is unmatched. A spacious 2-bedroom and 2-bath apartment in this location, and for this price, makes it much more affordable than you’d expect. I’m surprised at the other not so favorable reviews, as my experience has been nothing but positive. If you're thinking about moving to this neck of the woods, this is your sign. Affordable, quality living, with service that's second to none. It's been a fantastic ride so far, and I couldn't recommend it enough.
