They are working on fixing up the pool so it has been closed for awhile but it's a good size and the kids love it! Most of my neighbors are amazing and overall I am just really pleased with the apartment and staff! So far it is the best place we have lived in!

You can sit in your living room and hear full conversations while people are grilling and filling your apartment with smoke. Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else
