Management doesn’t even respond to maintenance requests and cuts corners and delays at every opportunity. I had a leaking AC from almost when I moved in to when I moved out. Every day and night you hear neighbors outside shouting/singing, sometimes drunk angrily trying to get in their apartment. You can sit in your living room and hear full conversations while people are grilling and filling your apartment with smoke. Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else

You can truly tell that Lyndsay is in this line of work because she wants to be. She took every concern I had seriously. She never made me feel rushed and always showed empathy! Everyone that lives here is honestly so nice it’s a little unreal and I am so happy and thankful to be apart of this community! Also, the unit is wonderful! My daughter drinks a ton of water so having a filtration system is a huge blessing. The freezer makes ice and every unit has a washer and dryer. The children’s nook is hands down the best!!
