Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. From walking into the front desk and having Raul help me with the smallest amount of rent possible. Which alone was deeply embarrassing. Raul made me feel like I was like anyone else, and I deserved to get the correct apt. for me. He didn't mind showing me as many as I needed. So amazing. Then my easy move in, cause I had nothing to move but donations from work. I had to do my first work order & I thought this will be where it all falls apart. Cause my previous complex was the worst at maintenance. Midtown Flats just horrible and leasing office horrible too. So I thought, this will be the same. Do you know that maintenance man "John" was at my apartment before I could leave the office and walk to my place😳 He was so kind and hospitable and professional. I just couldn't believe it. Then 2 times I have come w/ things I can't lift or get in my apartment and John is right there to help me. He is such a gentleman and I hate to bother him, but he makes you feel like he really wants to help. Jokingly , I feel like I'm being Punked. lol but with everything in my life gone or falling down deeper. When I'm here I feel comfortable and happy for these employee's they deserve probably a lot more than they get.
