Every day and night you hear neighbors outside shouting/singing, sometimes drunk angrily trying to get in their apartment. You can sit in your living room and hear full conversations while people are grilling and filling your apartment with smoke. Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else

From walking into the front desk and having Raul help me with the smallest amount of rent possible. Which alone was deeply embarrassing. I had lost my apt. to a fire and lost everything I have ever owned and my cat of 13yrs died in that fire. I was beyond devastated😔 . Raul made me feel like I was like anyone else, and I deserved to get the correct apt. for me. He didn't mind showing me as many as I needed. So amazing. Then my easy move in, cause I had nothing to move but donations from work. I had to do my first work order & I thought this will be where it all falls apart. Cause my previous complex was the worst at maintenance. Midtown Flats just horrible and leasing office horrible too. So I thought, this will be the same. Do you know that maintenance man "John" was at my apartment before I could leave the office and walk to my place😳 He was so kind and hospitable and professional. I just couldn't believe it. Then 2 times I have come w/ things I can't lift or get in my apartment and John is right there to help me. He is such a gentleman and I hate to bother him, but he makes you feel like he really wants to help. Jokingly , I feel like I'm being Punked. lol but with everything in my life gone or falling down deeper. When I'm here I feel comfortable and happy for these employee's they deserve probably a lot more than they get.
