Going on 2 months and my apt dont get colder then 80 to 85 degrees it is summer !!!! i appreciate the maintenance mans hard work but this needs to be fix by a professional management if u are reading this i am going to with hold rent or pay to get it fix my self under the Az state law for god sake i have my kids big mistake for moving here cant even get anbody to answer the phone and i get slapped for a late fee for rent when no one was at the office went on saturday and monday
