Lived at this complex for a couple of years and only moved to be closer to family. Its location for the price can’t be beat! And the staff is super friendly. I would recommend to anyone wanting to live in Scottsdale but wants to avoid paying 3k! 😊

I been living here some time now and I am so happy with everything. Shout out to the maintenance team: Gilberto and Carlos who are knowledgeable and fix issues quickly. They are super friendly; great people. The location is convenient: restaurants, freeways, entertainment. The apartment complex has made upgrades and Leslie has been wonderful with answering any questions I might have. And most importantly, I feel safe in this area.

I've lived in tons of apartments, but this one? This isn't just an apartment, it's home! I love it here, the neighbors are great, maintenance is awesome, the office staff is amazing, and they even have fun little games and events. Seriously, if you're looking for a place in Scottsdale, this is it.

I love this place! It’s super convenient to get anywhere in the East Valley or downtown Phoenix from here. The maintenance team is hyper efficient and always friendly. They’ve been quick to fix any minor issues I’ve had. They even helped me move my couch once, which was definitely above and beyond! The management team has been incredibly helpful and I feel like they genuinely care. Overall, this place feels like a true community with people of all ages. 💕🏡

I’ve lived in Las Aguas for many years. The change in management has been amazing! Work orders are completely in a timely manner. The complex offers monthly events for tenants and it’s a great way of connecting with others.
