Been in our new apartment now for about 2 weeks and overall the experience is wonderful! My wife and I had to shop for an apartment online without seeing a unit or the area. We considered Ingleside first because of the reviews. When I contacted the office to inquire for more information Sasha answered right away. To Sasha it probably felt like I was asking a million questions, she did a great job! Never did she come across annoyed, frustrated, bored, or made me feel like she had more important things to attend to. Her customer service is over the top! Even after moving in I’ve come to her with questions she didn’t have answers to. Sash took the time to research the proper info instead of telling me BS every time. We have lived in 2 other Lincoln apartment communities in other states. Neither property has had a staff or someone like Sasha on the staff be so helpful. I hope Ingleside doesn’t have a high turnover rate like other property experiences we have had because what the staff is doing here is top notch! As for the community its small but very nice! Community members are outgoing, nice, and very helpful. Had a few different neighbors help during the move in. Again friendly. Within walking distance of the community there is lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This is a major bonus we didn’t expect when selecting Ingleside.

The touring and leasing process has been amazing! super responsive and easy to work with. I toured with Asia and she was great! She was able to answer every single question I had and everything met what I needed. The apartments were good sized and the grounds look really good. Plenty enough amenities and very fair priced. great location, excited to live here!
