This place is nothing like it used to be. Almost everything on the property has been rebuilt or replaced. We have installed all new interiors in the apartments. The counter tops are granite the appliances are stainless steel and all the cabinets are brand new. If you haven't seen what has been done to this property in the last 8 months you really need to swing by and see all the improvements!

I’m closing my second year at this complex and like it a lot. It does have its flaws like overcrowding of parking & a lot of the parking lots flood when it rains heavily. The staff is very nice. Jessica has always been a sweetheart since new management took over. My maintenance requests are fulfilled within a reasonable time. I LOVE my unit and the only reason I’m considering moving is because it’s a single bedroom with no washer/dryer. Considering a third year here if I can find a unit with what I need. PROS: Valet trash, thermostats you can control with an app, a renovated dog park, package lockers. CONS: Gym is a little small, parking can be hard to find.
