I am having a great experience living at the Sycamore at Scottsdale. I have lived here for a total of 25 years. Anytime I've ever needed help with anything the office is always been very helpful and I appreciate everything they do. They arrange for different events through the year and those have always been a lot of fun. We also get food trucks that come through once a month and the food trucks have delicious food.
From the management, office consultants, and maintenance they are always here to help.
best apartment i have ever lived in! they are so kind and helpful, maintenance is amazing and always fixes even minor issues day of or within a couple days, not that we ever really have maintenance issues here, which is another plus. they are always doing fun events and food trucks and there’s such a great sense of community here. couldn’t ask for more in an apartment complex.
I’ve been living at this apartment complex for almost a year, and it has been an excellent experience. The management and team is top-notch, always friendly and responsive. The complex is clean and well-maintained, with a beautifully green and inviting environment, and the most important it hidden from Thomas road and you will never find any strangers inside comunity. The apartments themselves are spacious with great layouts, and the amenities are fantastic. The swimming pools are always clean, the jacuzzi is amazing, and the gym is well-equipped. Plus, there are regular events for residents that really build a sense of community. Highly recommended!
Malik was extremely professional and took the time to listen to exactly what I needed. Moving can be a very nerve racking experience and he was very patient and super calm which helped ease my anxiety about signing a new lease and getting approved. Move in was super simple. Signed a 13 month lease in the new building they built two years ago. Overall I’m super happy with my decision to move here!

The Sycamore is hands down the best apartment complex that I’ve lived in! The apartments are spacious, well designed, aesthetic and very affordable for the location. The Amenities are amazing with 2 pools, 2 gyms and a big hot tub. Parking is easy and in the rare instances we’ve needed Maintence, the team is always very quick with response time.
The real cherry on top however is the amazing staff. Malik and Landi are always incredibly friendly and helpful if we ever have questions. Adrianna, who was our leasing agent, was absolutely fantastic, and continues to be everyday. The staff frequently hosts fun events at the office, and recently I won 4 Phoenix suns tickets for participating!!
Overall this community is amazing for every reason above and more, and I couldn’t recommend the Sycamore enough!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience living here! The apartment complex is well-maintained and the management team is top-notch. From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Any issues I've had have been addressed quickly and professionally. The property is always clean and well-kept, and I feel safe and comfortable in my home. I can't recommend this place enough—it's truly a great place to live! I just resigned my lease and I couldn't be happier! :)

I had a wonderful experience at Sycamore Apartments in Scottsdale. The entire process was incredibly simple and streamlined, making it a breeze to get everything in order. The employees were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any questions I had. Yolandi in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience even more pleasant.
