Portrait really has it all! Super modern amenities and just a quick walk away from the heart of downtown Phoenix. I’ve also really enjoyed the feature of Apartment Life (they put on fun and free events pretty often)! This is the first apartment I’ve lived in that has this and it’s been an awesome perk. Overall, the Portrait is just a great spot.

*I am not a resident, just took tours We toured units with Samantha in late April 2023 while visiting from chicago. We had picked multiple “higher end” buildings & properties in the PHX metro area to tour, & when I say everything about Portrait @ Hance (including their staff) blew me away, I’m not kidding. Many other places we toured treated me like it was an inconvenience to give me a basic 5 min tour. They barely showed me much, couldn’t answer basic questions, & were really pushy about signing on something. Samantha was the total opposite. She is absolutely down to earth kind, so patient, & so personable. The day we took our tour I immediately submitted feedback to building management through their contact form on the website to applaud her because I was so impressed. She was incredibly flexible with us. Since we’re moving cross country (for the first time), it’s a big stressor trying to plan everything in advance, esp when most properties want a “sign on the line deal” immediately once you tour. Sam did not do this & we were so happy to work with her. She even shared she had also moved far to live in PHX & was able to relate to our worries, which put our minds at ease! She showed us all possible 2 bed units that we could see, somehow answered every relevant (& unrelevant) question I had, made sure to give us all the details we needed, & took her time touring us the property. Her character shines as she said hello & had conversations with every resident we encountered along the way. Plus, all the units are flawless, stunning, & the property is well kept & clean. We fell in love with the property, amenities, location, & competitive pricing. Samantha, however, made me want to move here even more than I already do as I can tell from my interactions with her & other staff members that they all have a common goal to ensure you’re comfortable, happy, & get what you need. I’ve followed up many times asking more questions & again, Samantha (& Trinity) have both been incredibly kind & helpful answering all my questions. This experience sold me & is 1000x experience better as a potential resident than any of the other ~10 competing properties I toured. I can’t wait to move here & am so grateful to Portraits staff! I cannot say enough good things.
