I am in awe of how amazing this place is. I moved here from Oregon, and from the beginning to moving in, it has been amazing and seamless. All of the little cosmetic things were fixed within 24 hours, the office staff is great (Kes is great) and it is SO QUIET HERE. The walls are very insulated and I haven't heard my neighbors at all, not even the water running. Nor the traffic and cars! There is a wide range of demographics here and I feel very welcome. Many cute dogs around, nice residents, and very clean apartments. I was shocked at how clean this place was. I have had a lot of trials to get a nice apartment in Arizona for me and my small business. This place is a dream for a home office. The best setup I could ask for! And the price is $700-1,200 cheaper than other places, with a included top-tier COX package. I am so excited I don't have to pay extra for internet and cable, and HBO Max is free! I am saving $4,000 a year by living here just on the internet, cable, and HBO Max. I have views of Camelback and the Sonoran Preserve. I am so excited to be on this property!

I’ve been a resident at Camden San Marcos for almost 2 years and I absolutely love living here. The team at Camden San Marcos has been the most helpful I’ve had the pleasure of knowing in my time apartment living. Abby, Victoria & Kes, are always smiling and happy to help. They provide a personal touch that I have found uncommon living in other properties. The apartments are nice and up to date. The grounds are always clean & well manicured the maintenance team is always readily available and maintenance is taken care of in a timely fashion. I have never had an issue with this team that I has made me feel like I am a burden. If you’re looking for a home count the team at Camden San Marcos as family!
