I just moved out of Lydian last week after having lived there almost 2 years. In terms of price, location and amenities, absolutely can’t beat it! I enjoyed every minute of my experience there. The common spaces and lounge areas are beautiful and spacious. Maintenance is super quick with fulfilling requests. Hawke from the front desk is super helpful and would always go out of his way to solve any issues on the rare occasion that they would arise. My only complaint would be towards the end of my time there, there were some issues with residents vandalizing the pool and aqua lounge but management did a good job of reigning it in. Overall can’t recommend Lydian enough!!

Don’t skip out on calling the Lydian Apartments your home! I had fell in love with what the community offers! The aura of the place is top tier! Ohh and let’s not forget about complementing the gentleman who took me on tour named Hawke. Hawke was amazing he had a great personality and is well educated in the industry. He asked the right questions and had given a very warm tour. His personality was great! I would consider this place to call your new home. Beautiful layout and in a nice local area of Phoenix!
