I moved to Phoenix, Arizona from Michigan in October, and let me tell you, living at Alta North Central is incredible!! I have made so many friends by going down to the bar and meeting people, and going to the monthly events that are held such as karaoke, plant pot painting, boozy bingo, pizza parties, and so much more!! There are so many amazing amenities, all that are kept up nicely by the staff and everything is always working and running so smoothly and is so beautiful. Every time I come home from work, I walk into the building and it smells AMAZING! I don’t know what sent is used in the diffusers around the building, but it makes me feel like I’m at a resort and I could never get sick of the smell, it’s very light and refreshing! Valet trash service is unbeatable, you have Monday - Thursday to set your trash and recycling out by your door between 6pm-8pm and it gets picked up and taken out for you! The pool is phenomenal, I spend all of my off days at work laying by the pool and swimming, as well as working on my short game at the putting green. The huge TV’s in the lobby that have the recliners in front of them come in CLUTCH for us during football season!! Everyone is sitting together and cheering on their favorite teams or just enjoying a movie. The gym has everything you need, the bodega is AMAZING, and there are so many other amazing amenities I could just go on forever. The staff is so incredible lovely, and the maintenance and clean up crews are always so nice and working so so hard to make this place be the awesome complex it is. Thank you guys for that and all of the hard work you do. Cat is so enjoyable to talk to and always brightens up my day. She is an incredible manager and has done amazing things. Any kinks or problems, and they get worked through, found a solution, and fixed! This is hands down the nicest apartment I have ever stayed at. Thank you for making my first home away from home such an welcoming and electric place to be!

Christian is an outstanding maintenance technician! He recently helped resolve a plumbing issue in my unit, and I was beyond impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and ensured everything was fixed thoroughly. Not only was he knowledgeable and skilled, but he also took the time to explain what was happening and made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. It’s clear that Christian takes great pride in his work and truly cares about the residents he assists. I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and highly recommend him for any maintenance needs. Lively and clean residential complex that has arcade games, a cinema theatre, pool table and shuffle board, a cool pool area/ hot tub, patio grills, fireplaces, a grand piano, and a full bar, with plenty of work space throughout the leasing office area. Stayed here by using booking.com and the check in process was easier than expected! Good location near plenty of food options and near the 51 highway!

Cat is great! I've been living here with my girlfriend for going on four years now. Honestly, we've looked around at other apartments in the area as well as other parts of the city and are continuously convinced that this is the best place to live.
In full transparency, there have been a few minor issues over the years but you'd be hard pressed to find any place that's perfect.
David in maintenance has also been incredible over the years.

Lived at Alta North Central for the last year and we had a fantastic experience!
Between the fun monthly events, and their monthly pet competition (Our pup won last December!), Alta makes the apartment feel like a community.
Definitely recommend a lease at Alta if you're looking to move to the mid-town area. Ask for Kamiyah, she's the BEST!!

We moved in here 2.5 months ago and it’s been nothing but positive!
We had an incident recently where the ac unit above our apartment was leaking and began to mold. The management at Alta came to our apartment that same day we called and had people in here fixing it as soon as they could. They even credited our account with some money to apologize for the inconvenience. Without us having to ask! I’ve never lived somewhere that gave me anything without at least having to ask 😂 it meant a lot to us! Thank you Kat for your quick assistance 💗
We had second thoughts about living here after reading some other reviews, and I’m happy we didn’t let them stop us. It’s a great apartment complex!

I moved to Alta at the end of January and absolutely love it! Kamiyah is so lovely and made my move very easy. She was available at any time with my questions. The property is beautiful and offers great amenities! They do a really nice job maintaining the cleanliness in all areas. The little convenience store is a great bonus along with the resident bar. The community has events for the residents every month as well. The manager is fantastic and immediately took care of some noise complaints I had early on and I have not had any problems since. The location is great, close to lots of stores and shopping within 3 minutes! Plenty of covered parking for both residents and guests!

This apartment is a great choice for those that are looking for a lively, clean and pet friendly place to live. They host multiple events per month for residents and even have a pet of the month program. I think the apartment does a great job keeping the complex fairly clean, I consistently see cleaning being done in the lobby, hallways and pool area. The staff are also great and responsive, very friendly! The only note is that sometimes it can be lively and a bit loud on the weekends starting Friday night to Sunday but during the weekdays it is quiet which works out. I would recommend to live here overall!
