I have lived here for a almost a year now and I absolutely love living here and have nothing to complain. The property is very clean, beautifully landscaped. The maintenance team is super nice and helpful. Any technical problems, questions or issued I had during my time there, were promptly solved by the maintenance team or the leasing office. Our new office Manager Kelly is very kind , professional and considerate. She is always there to help you...And make you feel at home.. Since she arrived to this condo, everything has changed to better. She always goes above and beyond to meet the needs and any concerns. Highly recommend!

I have lived at The Porter for 2 years now. I have had such a great experience. Deborah and the staff here have gone the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy! There are a lot of options for rentals in Tempe and I have continued to lease here honestly because of the staff and how quick they are to help when issues come up. I have rented at different apartments over the years and The Porter has been my best experience by far. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice, quiet, rental in Tempe!
