I lived here during 2021, and I can tell you that this was a great place to live. The apartments are large and roomy compared to newer apartments that are being built. The pool is beautiful, large, and kept up well. The apartment gym was great to use to get in a quick workout if I couldn't go to my own gym. Management was great, responsive, and very friendly. At other place I've lived, if I saw management walking around, I would avoid them at all costs, but not at this place. Overall, if you're looking to rent in the area, then this is great place to live. Only downside is that the apartments are in the flightpath for Sky Harbor, but this is something that is out of their control and is a downside for all the homes & apartments in the area around Tempe town lake and south Scottsdale.

Amazing staff, amazing services and management staff are very helpful and cooperative. My move-in was extremely smooth and had no issues at all, thankfully. Apartment size & layout is better than any other one I've seen in Tempe. When you live in a place with extremely helpful and respectful staff, you get rid of all kinds of headaches ❣️
