I had the pleasure of renting from the nines for two years. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff took care of every issue I brought up to them in a timely manner and given how many units they have they do a great job. Any issues I had was mainly with inconsiderate neighbors but that comes with an apartment. I would gladly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is in need of housing in the Tempe area.

Come and JUDGE for yourself, we are happy to show you around and answer ALL your questions.. Alarm was activated by Resident smoking in the Laundry-room, this message was sent to all residents: A $500 fee will be charged to those SMOKE in the laundry rooms or those who attempt or pull the Fire Alarm handle for no reason. Please talk to all family members about this and how important is for the safety of all residents " NOT to smoke in the Laundry rooms and NOT to play with the fire alarm system" I trust this won't happen again. Thank you for helping me make this community a place we can proudly call home.
