Diamond in the rough and probably largest 2 bedroom apartment homes in Chandler. Feel more like a cottage or condo and so wonderful that nobody has to ever deal with noisy upstairs neighbors since all one story. Each has a great backyard/patio area, private but not closed in. Assigned carport and plenty of extra spots for visitors. Interiors are easy upkeep and complimentary, tons of closet space and a great management team and the most amazing maintenance team on Earth (where else does a guy come fix your leak on a Saturday when he's supposed to be off work?) Lots of everything nearby, Chandler Mall, restaurants, bowling, schools, downtown and so much more. A little noisy at front of the complex but for the price, upgrades and size of this place, you won't find a better price per square foot
