Hands down this is the BEST place to live in Gilbert! Their amenities are top of the line, their units are modern and very spacious, plus the property is always clean. The staff is amazing as well! The manager Jennifer has always been kind when I needed assistance. I’m very appreciative of their entire staff. It’s a 10 out off 10 for me.

I've toured many apartment properties and narrowed my selection down to 2 properties, that just happen to be sister properties. Both Elevation at the Village and ICON @ Cooley Station are amazing properties with resort-style amenities. Both locations have great staff that are very kind and helpful. I ended up selecting ICON and that is because of the personal touch and attention that Jenny (The Manager) showed me. Jenny is warm and very welcoming and made me feel like we were friends for a while, even though it was the first time meeting her. I am glad to hear that Jenny has turned this property around and have made her tenants happy about living there. I start my lease at ICON next week and although not under the best circumstances of having to move from my home, I am glad that I found this place and hope the community are warm and welcoming. Thanks, Jenny for answering all of my questions and being so responsive to my emails, also for giving me the absolute best deal on moving into your property. I look forward to all the games and parties, I hear that you have planned for the residents. Keep up the good job! Sean L
