I have been living at Liv Northgate for 5 years. Superb living experience. Maintenance is always prompt to respond to a request. They grounds are always clean. And I love the upgrades they are doing in the pool and fitness facility. Monica is the absolute best property manager I have experienced in my 5 years living here. Great overall community. Highly recommended.

This place deserves an EASY 5 stars. Best experience I’ve ever had moving into an apartment complex — the staff was awesome and shoutout to Cole for being so nice and diligent and communicated the whole way through to make it so easy! Shoutout to Monica, the property manager as well. She gave me the sweetest welcome basket and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I love my apartment and I feel like I’m on vacation. I’m so honored I get to live here and it’s the first time I haven’t had any complaints about an apartment. :)
I can personally say that I absolutely love living here at Liv! It’s been over a year for me and I have nothing but positive things to say. I originally lived in the bigger 2bd but started having issues with a resident. The team was too kind and helpful to transfer me. I am presently in a smaller 2bd and have no issues whatsoever.
When times were tough and rent was looking questionable (especially in this economy), I had the support of the Liv team to help along the way. At one point, I almost broke my lease and thank God I didn’t because I have no intentions of leaving! The prices are on the higher side but you get what you pay for and at this community, it is WORTH it. What’s great is that Liv partnered with FLEX back in June which has been a great help to my family and probably others so we don’t have to leave!
The amenities are amazing! From 2 pools, a splash pad, playground, giant open field, hub, Game Center, basketball court, garden, charging stations (for the EVs), gym, yoga, etc. There are probably way more amenities but those I can think of now. Not to mention the amount of activities the Liv team holds for the residents is WOW! There’s always something to get the residents involved.
The apartments themselves are amazing. Luxury feel and spacious if you know how to set your home up. Maintenance gets the highest accolades by FAR though. Usually that’s where communities fall, but not this one! The way the maintenance team is CONSTANTLY improving the appearance of the community or responding to requests is like no other. Within an hour, issues are rectified. All the staff is so friendly and genuinely enjoy making your stay wonderful. All the leasing agents are so knowledgeable and sweet and Monica has been an amazing addition to the Liv family. She’s very involved as a property manager and you don’t see that often.
If I had to say cons the community: neighbors and their loud walking/stomping. It’s to be expected living on the ground floor but sometimes it is excessive how much noise is being produced and that can be slightly annoying. There is also the issue of dog poop (I have been guilty of it a time or two). We as residents can definitely do better after picking up after our furry pets, especially with how many pet stations are posted.
Overall, 10/10 recommended community. My lease is up in January ‘25 and my husband and I have already talked about renewing! Our family is growing from 3 to 4 this November, so we’ll be looking into transferring into a 3bd pretty soon! Thank you to the Liv Northgate Team for everything you all do, it makes a lasting impact!

Cole, Natalie, Monica, and Gabrielle were all individually incredible in their own senses. I dealt with a massively traumatic situation shortly after moving in and all 4 of these spectacular employees went put of their way to make sure I felt safe, secure, and welcome into this community. Please please PLEASE give there employees massive praise on their dedication.

I have lived year for one year now and I love it. Maintenance team is amazing. The grounds are clean, sure you may find random poop, but thats an individual responsibility not the maintenance team. Theres tons of spots to relieve the dogs and poop bag stations. The clubhouse is always clean coffee machine is always working. Sure they may have to close down the pool for maintenance but it shows that they keep up to date with maintaining the pool. Gym is also clean and has all the equipment you need. The side exit to the walking path is awesome and convenient to get cardio done. The front office team is always welcoming and super helpful. The grills are always working. Sure you can find a cheaper place but here you see where your money goes. If you are thinking of living here just do it and use the amenities as often as you can in order to take full advantage of what you are paying for.
After having issues with the current place I'm at, Liv Northgate welcomed me with open arms. They were so nice and helped me through my application process and made things run smoothly. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me in the short amount of time I needed to find a place. Management is on top of things and they know what they're doing. Thank you Natalie and Cole for helping me through this process!!
The Liv communities are a great place to liv! 😉 There are so many amenities, activities, and an overall feeling of community. I love it and would not go anywhere else! The maintenance team is also top notch whenever I have an issue. They are quick to respond and communicate any potential delays.

I recently renewed my lease at Liv Northgate after a year of truly wonderful experiences. From the luxurious amenities to the consistent, monthly events that cater to everyone, it's been a fantastic place to call home. The events are always fun and engaging, making it easy to connect with neighbors and create lasting memories.
Maintenance is always a top priority here, with requests typically being addressed the same day or by the next business day—such a relief to know that any issues are handled so promptly! I also appreciate how communicative the team is, always keeping me informed on any updates or changes.
I do want to highlight how the staff handles complaints in the best way possible. They understand that you can't control other people's behavior, and that sometimes people just won't comply or listen. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand the difficulty of trying to manage complaints. They really do their best, but as with any community, it's not always possible to change every situation unless there’s a significant safety or health concern—something they take very seriously and address with thorough evidence.
The sense of community at Liv Northgate is unmatched. It’s a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment, and I feel like it just continues to grow and improve. It truly meets all of our needs, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to renew. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that blends luxury with a sense of belonging!
