The front office staff are the best, from the time I decided to take a tour back in March 2024 until now October 2024, I've not had one negative experience with the staff. The same goes for any maintenance issues the property has had (which there has been very few)......they are always quick to get whatever the issue might be fixed in a timely matter. For being in downtown Chandler the cost of living here is very reasonable as well. 5 stars, I'd recommend to anyone looking to live in this part of the valley.
