We're super happy with our experience at West 5th Apartments. Our student found himself in a conveniently located place: gated, safe, quiet, with parking, laundry on premise, work out gym, and a patio with gas grills and a pool. Seven minute walk from Whole Foods, and Mill Street. The rent is affordable and the front office manager is experienced, cooperative and kind. A sanctuary close to the ASU campus, yet beyond the fray.

I have now been at West 5th for over ten years and continue to be very satisfied. Very nice apartments, great downtown Tempe location. Gated for security. Facilities and grounds are always well maintained and management is responsive to its tenants. Highly recommended whether your are part of the ASU community or a working professional.
