Thank you for your interest in one of our units at Portofino Apartments! Our office is located at 3547 E Van Buren, and we’re open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM for unit viewings. If you apply on the same day, you view the unit, we’ll waive the $200 admin fee as part of our Look & Lease special. We’re also offering a move-in special, first month’s rent FREE on any approved application. To apply, please bring your photo ID, two months of pay stubs or bank statements showing direct deposits, and a $50 money order for the application fee per adult over 18.
