The owners are going through an expansive remodel on every unit that comes available. There are many new upgrades that you will enjoy to the property as well as each apartment. Our remodeled spacious one bedroom apartments have tile/wood plank flooring, fully functioning kitchens, large closets, extra storage, front screen doors, new ceiling fans, remodeled bathrooms, cabinets and counter tops. Harbor View is close to all the major freeways. You are within minutes of all the popular shopping and dining spots in the booming Arcadia district and 44th street shopping. Neighborhood schools are within walking distance and public transportation is 1/2 block away.

Roach infested, loud neighbors, and leaking air conditioners. This is a horrible living environment. Management doesn’t even respond to maintenance requests and cuts corners and delays at every opportunity. I had a leaking AC from almost when I moved in to when I moved out. Every day and night you hear neighbors outside shouting/singing, sometimes drunk angrily trying to get in their apartment. You can sit in your living room and hear full conversations while people are grilling and filling your apartment with smoke. Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else
