As with any community, there will be issues. There is still ongoing construction and unattended minors. I mention these not because they are big issues, but because of how they're handled. Brandy is on top of everything. She monitors the property closely via video surveillance and sends community alert text messages along with a newsletter for events and reminders. It's great! I've never lived somewhere with such an attentive staff. Brandy and the Maintenance Technician Luis seem to run the property single-handedly. The staff here is very dedicated to making this a fun, safe, and clean community for its residents. If I could change anything it would be night and weekend patrol to make sure Brandy and Luis enjoy their well deserved time off.
