Toured this afternoon with Ms. Alisha. She was very kind, informative, and willing to answer any questions I had. The unit (although a model) was very nice and I look forward to touring the vacant unit when it’s available! She did say it’s nearly an exact replica excluding a few renovations which I don’t mind. Pricing is affordable (in my opinion) and within budget compared to what most complexes are going for nowadays. Only downside is that there wasn’t a w/d in unit but that’s not too much of an issue since there is on site laundry rooms. Thank you again, Alisha! I look forward to renting here as a start for my first apartment!

I’ve been living at Park Vista for over eight years, and overall happy with my experience. The community is incredibly quiet, making it a perfect place for anyone looking for peace and relaxation at home. The office staff is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with any concerns or questions. Their professionalism and dedication to residents truly set this place apart. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and well-managed community!

The receptionist, I believe her name was Brenda, was very professional, kind and helpful. She immediately made me feel right at home and answered every question with a smile and was very knowledgeable about the apartment. Thank you for making this process easy and enjoyable!

The leasing office team is very nice! They were very welcoming and nice to talk to. I got a tour of the model apartment and an actual tour of an available unit. The application process was smooth and they answered every question I had.

I came in today and was warmly greeted by Brenda. I had researched Park Vista and was greatly impressed. She presented the apartment on a tour and answered all questions...helped me fill out apications and explained all the financials too. The grounds are very clean, loved the black appliances and how clean it was for the tour. Brenda is a rare jewel to help an old guy like me. I look forward to enjoying my new place for years to come. I'm so happy I stumbled across Park Vista 2.5. Years ago! The staff is extremely kind and caring and genuinely wants to know how your day is going. I visit the office every day if not every other day with my pitt mix who is basically the complex mascot. The office is very dog friendly and the staff love to give my dog treats when we visit. They truly do go above and beyond! I told Alisha, the office manager, that it's going to be hard finding a new complex in Nashville (moving in 10 days) with staff as amazing and accommodating as they are! Alisha is fantastic and is always on top of all of my requests/concerns! Highly recommend this complex!!
