I have lived here since 2020. It’s an older property, so there are some things that aren’t updated, but it’s a great value for the price. Isaiah and Diana in the office are always helpful. The manager has been doing a lot to improve the complex. The maintenance team, especially Mike, is awesome and I’ve never had to wait long for anything to be fixed.

Isaiah helped me move in, on a Saturday, within a couple of hours. He was amazing! Since I've lived here maintenance has been super quick completing my work orders, office staff has been super nice and helpful. The property is quiet and clean. Our patio is huge with a storage unit on it. We love living here. Definitely recommend.
I’ve been living here for a few years and I absolutely love it. The staff is not only extremely polite but are quick and efficient on work orders. Janet has also been working very hard on making improvements to the property and it has not gone unnoticed. From cleaning up the parking lot, opening the clubhouse, and renovating the kids play area. I truly appreciate all the personnel here.
The ladies up front are absolutely incredible. They are personable, sweet, and easy to talk too. The apartments are spacious and clean, in and out. We love love love our little space. It’s so comfy and quaint. Any problems we have, the ladies are quick to take care of. I have had no problems that needed maintenance yet (that alone should tell you enough), but I’m sure when we do they, too, will be quick to fix it. These are my most favorite apartments I have ever lived in and we wish we would have found them sooner. Thank you Granite Bay!

Hello My name is James, Middle Name - Jerome, this is a special Thanks for the Manager, Janet Franco of Granite Bay Apts., for helping me to renew my lease, I was hoping to get a new lease with, reasonable terms for my budget, and she worked with me on that, and I was surprised at the same time. I really enjoyed the Apt., and the way the staff always took care of anything right away. Once again I really appreciate the Manager, Janet Franco, for helping me to remain a Tenant at Granite Bay. Best Manager of any Apt., I ever resided at.
I don't personally live here but from my experience the office staff is amazing and advised me on my current living situation and was very knowledgeable about housing programs and nearby apartments that work with less then perfect credit. I appreciated this help more then I can explain so thank you Granite Bay.
We moved in a little over two months ago. The move-in experience was super easy. Diana, Isaiah and Ashley have all been super helpful and incredibly nice. I have put in several work orders and maintenance has been quick to take care of everything we’ve needed with no further issues. We love living here and consider it our home.
UPDATE:
We have lived here now for 5 months. I can’t say enough about the staff here! Especially Mike, the maintenance guy. He’s been amazing and is always so helpful! It’s apparent that he has years of experience in this job. This place wouldn’t be the same without him! Mike is definitely an asset to Granite Bay!.

Janet was very polite, respectful and helpful when I needed help in regards to getting leasing information she is the BEST person to have you show you around the apartments. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable about when apartments are available. Does her due diligence to ensure you understand pricing and what amenities are included
