I am a licensed realtor with Valley King Properties where we not only do sales but also specialize in apartment locating! I stopped by The Village at Lakewood as I was in the area prospecting. It's a lovely property with friendly staff. I spoke with Hollie the assistant manager and she was very welcoming, a great listener and full of excitement. I have lived at The Village for almost 3 years. The best part of living here is the neighbors. Above all else, I feel safe amongst people who truly care about each other. There are grandmothers, grandfathers, aunties, uncles, dads and moms here to watch over the kids who play outside.There is always a friendly face saying hello in passing. I have seen friendships develop over the years and families grow. The kids know to respect all of the adults regardless if you are family or not. I have seen neighbors helping neighbors move in and out. A community is nothing without good people and there is a true sense of community here. And don’t get me wrong, if you choose to keep to yourself, we respect that too. Everyone deserves to feel at peace in their community. We welcome all GOOD PEOPLE! ❤️
