Location is excellent! Great schools nearby ( I have a elementary schooler) I love my apartment, its quiet and I feel super safe with the gated community. I have been here for a year and I just extended my lease for another year. Great neighbors and parking is not a hassle. Wendy the Manager has always been very helpful and understanding. Always nice and friendly front office staff and maintenance workers are always on top of things. Never had any issues.... I just know that when I have a question or concern I go to the office and my issues/questions are always answered or resolved on the spot. You won't regret it folks!!! Arcadia30 is excellent!!!!
