Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else
