I've lived in this complex for over 20 some odd years.We now have new owners, and it has never looked better.The place has been upgraded with great landscaping, more plants and fresh paint,throughout the complex The grounds always look great.Both the office and maintenance staff are always ready willing and able to help.I love my wood plank vinyl flooring,black appliances,and the full size washer & dryer. Two Thumbs up 5 stars and a big ole smiley face too.

For somebody that has lived in worse neighborhoods in Phoenix with not so good apartments, this is paradise! Although it’s little more on the expensive side “for our family budget” you get what you pay for and that can’t be more true for apartment complexes! Any service I have needed so far has been met with accuracy and precision! So if there is a maintenance issue simply let the office kno and they will take it over from their fast N timely manner! Not just that they actually had a professional plumbing company come out and fix issue correctly the first time so that was really nice!They actually went out there way to message me personally to make sure my maintenance problem was taken care off! If you follow the rules of the lease and that’s not a problem you will love it here, I notice the ones who complain are usually the ones not following the rules or paying there rent funny how that works lol. You also get a personal parking covered spot, very important in the summer! Both pools are always clean and maintained nicely my kids love the pools! They also have a great rec/work out room if that’s your thing! Although you do get your crazy neighbors here and there nothing that bothers me! Very quiet at night and that’s what I like most, well I actually like that I can work on my car and walk to the dumpster and throw my trash away with out dealing with drug addicts bothering me and that’s nice now of days! Over all it’s been beautiful and they do it right at sanctuary apartments! #1
