I have lived at the Atwater Apartments since November 2019 and I can truly say I love staying here.The way the property manager Vanessa is she is such an understanding, caring, and hard working woman. She makes sure all concerns are met always. She's very helpful and if she is busy Brianna always helps and is very kind and caring also. If you're looking for a property that cares and an over all cool environment to stay that's close to shopping and schools you should choose the Atwater Apartments.

I love at water apartments. Vanessa the manager is Amazing ! She cares about everyone & does her job well! She’s very understanding. I feel safe and comfortable here. I haven’t had no problems. My nephews come visit me everyday and they love playing outside. I just wish there was a park here but there’s a lot of space & shade in front my apartment too play and other kids. The AC does go off here in there but they get it fixed ASAP. I wish there was visitor parking tho because my visitors have to park across the street then walk over to my building in the back. Other than that I plan on being here for awhile.
