I can not say enough good things about maintenance. Since Mike has been here my requests are done in a kind, friendly, timely, and accurate manner. He is even considerate of my dog which I appreciate tremendously! She loves him! Which makes me happy since I had issues with maintenance and my dog in the past. The improvements have been great. The few issues I have had have been taken care of quickly and pleasantly. I am content to continue my lease another year knowing my needs will be met in a safe friendly place to live.

As with any house or apartment community, things happen and it is how those issues are handled that make all the difference and this staff handles things exceptionally well. I was a little worried that the building might be loud due to being downtown, but I do not regularly hear my neighbors and have lived in buildings where you can hear everything next door. That is not the case here. For me, the place is quiet enough, has everything I need - package room, fitness center, maintenance staff. This is a great place for anyone who wants an affordable but quality home in the downtown area.
