Just got my door locks batteries changed. Apparently it was about to die! What a scary thought, fear not - Keith Martin took care of it in about 2 mins! Quick, efficient & SUPER nice Mr. Martin was i sure do hope he gets that 10$ because i didn’t have any cash on me at the time & i feel horrible. Just know you are immensely appreciated 👍🏻👨🏻🔧🪛🛠🔐🔋

My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and out of all the midtown apartments we have lived in they are the best by far. Just signed a lease for another unit, my man Keith Martin did our move out inspection and we could never tell he was in, everything was as we left it. Best maintenance man in the city looking forward to another year.
